EMCOR Ltd is proposing to develop a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) electricity generating scheme on land at MoD Sealand on Deeside. MoD Sealand is operated by the DE&S DECA which is a UK government Ministry of Defence (MoD) agency.
